PTCL completed its acquisition of Telenor Pakistan on 31 December 2025, and Telenor is moving toward integration with Ufone over time. Your existing call packages and codes keep working as normal during the transition; branding and some offers may change in future. We will update this page as things develop.
On-net vs off-net — read this before you subscribe
Telenor call bundles split minutes by destination:
- On-net (Telenor): calls to other Telenor numbers — usually the most generous allowance.
- Off-net (other networks): calls to Jazz, Zong, Ufone — more limited and the first to run out.
- Call set-up fee: some packages add a small charge each time a call connects, separate from your minutes.
If most of your contacts are on other networks, choose a bundle with a larger off-net allowance even if it costs a little more — it is cheaper than paying per-minute once off-net minutes run out.

Why was I charged even though I had a call bundle?
Likely you called a destination the bundle did not cover (an off-net number with only on-net minutes, a landline, or international), or a call set-up fee applied. Check which minute types your package includes.
Will my Telenor package change because of the PTCL merger?
Not immediately. Telenor continues to operate its own packages during the transition toward integration with Ufone. Any changes will be communicated by the operator over time.
