Its packages carry weather-themed names — and a useful thing to know is that the names do not indicate speed order, so always read the actual Mbps figure rather than assuming from the name.
How to get connected
- Check coverage for your exact address — StormFibre operates in a number of cities including large metros, but availability is street-level.
- Apply online or by phone and book installation.
- Installation: a technician runs the fibre and installs the equipment. An installation charge and optional Wi-Fi access-point fee may apply.
- Activation: your plan goes live, along with TV/phone if you chose triple play.
What to check before signing up
- Read the speed, not the name. Because package names are weather-themed and not ordered by speed, compare the actual download/upload Mbps across tiers.
